Shipping policy

DELIVERY IN ARUBA:

We home deliver all orders mostly on Friday after 6:00 PM.
For office delivery between 8am and 12pm please fill the name of the company.
There is no delivery fee for orders of AWG 35,- or more.
A delivery fee of AWG 5,- will be added to your invoice for orders less than AWG 35,-.
Approval of Bank Transfer: The delivery time frame starts once the bank transfer has been approved. Approval times can vary depending on the bank and the nature of the transfer, but typically it can take anywhere from a few hours to a full business day.

Business Days: Once the transfer is approved before 12:00 PM, count 3 to 5 business days to estimate the delivery date. For example, if the transfer is approved on a Monday 11:00 AM, the delivery should be expected between Thursday and the following Monday. If the transfer is approved at or after 12:00 PM, the delivery should be expected between Friday of the same week and Tuesday of the next week.

Exclusions: Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and public holidays are not counted as business days. For instance, if the transfer is approved on a Friday, the first business day would be Monday, and the delivery should be expected between Wednesday and the following Friday.

So, for an approved bank transfer, you should typically expect delivery within a window of three to five full business days, not counting weekends and holidays.
